While working with producer Renee Intlekofer on CamGirls, she and Holben traveled to Utah for the Sundance premiere of Executive Producer Ryan Harper's Steel City. While there, she pitched Holben on an idea to travel the world with a couple friends to meet people off of MySpace.

Paired with her producing and writing partner, Shaina Fewell, Holben spent the next six months developing a reality show based around Intlekofer, Fewell and one additional friend traveling the world and meeting MySpacers. The show was eventually purchased by DirectTV for their Channel 101
